I started Obsessive Solutions after years of working closely with data and inventory systems and noticing the same issue over and over again.

Every business collects data. Very few feel confident using it.

Across different environments, I saw spreadsheets full of numbers, reports that technically existed, and dashboards that looked polished. But when it came time to make decisions about inventory, suppliers, or performance, the clarity just wasn’t there. The information was incomplete, hard to interpret, or disconnected from what actually mattered.

Over time, I realized the problem wasn’t a lack of data. It was a lack of clarity.

What I want to do is simple.

I want to help small teams understand their inventory performance and key metrics in a way that actually supports decision-making. Not by adding more software or complexity, but by making better use of what they already have. Define meaningful KPIs. Clean up reporting. Build focused dashboards that make performance visible at a glance.

My approach is straightforward: understand the data, identify the gaps, and create clarity.
